WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1 business day of receiving the order. Typically, you will receive your order in 2-5 business days. If you do not receive your order within 1 week of placing your order, feel free to contact us so we can track your shipment. Please keep in mind that orders made between Friday at Noon PST and Sunday will all be shipped on Monday.

We will respond to you in writing within 2 business days confirming your cancellation. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must cancel your Autoship Order at least 72 hrs before your next scheduled shipment so we have enough time to remove your order from our processing system.
CAN I EASILY MODIFY/EDIT MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?
Absolutely YES! Just go to the form above and let us know what you need us to do for you. We’ll respond in writing within 2 business days to confirm your request. Here are the most common changes we make:
– Skip a month or two
– Change time between shipments to however many days you want (Ex: ship every 45 or 60 days instead of every 30 days)
– Reset your next shipment date to whatever date you want
