I participated in a 30 day study with ATP Extreme several months ago and got great results, but I wanted to truly measure how it would affect my strength-endurance workouts, so I decided to test it again.

I came up with a really tough strength-endurance workout and did it once without ATP Extreme, then completed it again 2 weeks later after being on ATP Extreme for those 2 weeks.

Here’s the workout:

  • 10 clean and jerks @185#
  • 10 clean an jerks @205#
  • 10 clean and jerks @225#
  • Complete in fastest time possible. All bars were set up before workout so I didn’t have to worry about changing weights on the bar.

Here are my results:

  • Day 0:  6 min 32 sec (No ATP Extreme for 2 weeks prior)
  • Day 14 : 5 min 33 sec (On ATP Extreme for 2 weeks)
  • Improvement: 15%

My brother, Michael, also did the same test and here are his results:

  • Day 0:  7 min 47 sec (No ATP Extreme for 2 weeks prior)
  • Day 14 : 6 min 59 sec (On ATP Extreme for 2 weeks)
  • Improvement: 10%

Honestly, I was really shocked by these results. The first time I did the workout, I thought I went through it really fast and that there was no way I would be able to improve my time dramatically. The second time I did it, I didn’t feel like I was going that fast, but when I was done, my time was WAY FASTER. Although my brother’s improvement was not as big as mine, he felt the sameway. He was not expecting a double digit improvement in such a short period of time.

An important thing to note is that we did not train for this workout during the 2 week period. We just did our normal varied training and still got these results.

Another important thing to note is that when I did the initial ATP Extreme study, I was on a low-carb diet. But after the study, I learned that ATP Extreme works way better for athletes who eat carbs, so this time around I made sure to eat carbs and I got even better results.

MY CONCLUSION: I have tried many supplements and NONE have come even close to providing me with the performance gains I get with ATP Extreme. Any crossfitter who is serious about maximizing the results they get from training needs to try it out and give it a serious test like I did. The results should speak for themselves. ATP Extreme has no side effects for me and obviously allows me to perform at a much higher level. I will not train without it any more.
