ATP extreme did wonders for my training and my recovery! I recently did a 10 day trial of ATP extreme and I was truly amazed. I had increased muscular pumps during my training, my muscles appeared fuller and harder and the pump was INTENSE by day 3. I also noticed increased muscular endurance. I was able to train longer and with more intensity. I had 2 amazing heavy leg workouts during my 10 days using ATP extreme. In the past my legs would be sore for 2 days after, but not while using ATP extreme. I am definitely going to continue to use ATP Extreme!
